SHIPPING
Shipping charges in your shopping cart are approximate. We reserve the right to contact you for additional shipping payment. We will not charge your card for additional shipping costs without your authorization. But we will not ship items that have unpaid shipping costs.
We ship USPS - unless you request otherwise. We ship "in house"* items once a week. You can expect your packages in 1-3 weeks. If your order included items from multiple manufacturers be sure to expect multiple delivery dates and senders. If for some reason your items are backordered or delayed we will contact you and you may choose to wait on the item, or request a refund.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you for the best resolution for all parties. However, we are a small business, we cannot offer credit, exchange or refund on an item for an idle reason.We stand behind our products and at this time have NO MINIMUM purchase requirements for "in house"* items. This allows you to test out a product before you commit to a larger purchase. Of course, if an item is damaged we will happily exchange it.
We request that the customer inspect their purchase upon delivery and contact us immediately regarding any mistakes or damages. If damage is claimed we need a photo of the damage sent asap to us via email. After we receive the photo we will send you a replacement for the item.
CREDIT TERMS
We don't offer credit terms. All purchases are paid in full at the time of checkout. If you wish to employ our concierge service, we will keep your credit card information on file - via hard copy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Customers wishing to pay by check may do so - but their purchase will not ship until the check has cleared.
*"in house" items refers to products that are directly stocked by Ashwood Arts at our location. These items are shipped directly from us and include:
- Prints
- Notecards
- Totebags
- Journals
